Homemade Tomato Salsa

Whole tomatoes, onion, green chilies mixed with garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper, salt, oregano, and cumin.
Ingredients -

2 (8 ounces) cans Whole Tomatoes, drained, chopped
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
2 (4 ounces) cans Chopped Green Chilies, drained
3 cloves minced Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin

 
Preparation:

1. Add tomatoes, onion, green chiles, garlic cloves, olive oil, vinegar, crushed red pepper, salt, dried oregano, ground cumin to serving bowl. Stir to combine.

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Serve with tortilla chips.
