Homemade Salsa

Whole tomatoes mixed with red and white onions, jalapeno pepper, cider vinegar, and fresh cilantro. Seasoned with garlic, cumin and salt
Ingredients -

1 (14.5 ounces) can Whole Peeled Tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup chopped Onion
1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon minced Fresh Cilantro
1 clove Garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Coarse Salt

 
Preparation:

1. Add whole tomatoes, red onion, onion, jalapeno pepper, cider vinegar, fresh cilantro, garlic, ground cumin, and salt.

2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
