Fresh Salsa

Tomatoes, scallions, corn, tomato sauce, tabasco, and cilantro. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Prefect salsa for serving with your favorite tortilla chips.
Ingredients -

Juice of 1 Fresh Lemon
6-8 large Ripe Tomatoes, finely chopped
3 bunches Scallions, finely chopped, including all parts
1/4 cup Water
1 small can Whole Kernel Corn, including juice
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
Coarse Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
2 heaping tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro (do not omit)
2 heaping tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley

 
Preparation:

Combine lemon juice, ripe tomatoes, scallions, water, whole kernel corn, tomato sauce, tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, cilnatro and parsley.

Substitute 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper for the Tabasco Sauce.

Habanera peppers are incredibly hot. These peppers should not be used in dishes served to people that are not aware of the heat these peppers give off. Proceed with caution.
