California Avocado Salsa

Wonderful salsa with avocado, tomatoes, sweet red pepper and onion. Flavored with jalapeno pepper, fresh cilantro, lime juice and seasoned with coarse salt. Great dipping salsa.
Ingredients -
3 Large Ripe Avocado, peeled and cubed
3 Medium Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped Sweet Red Pepper
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons minced Fresh Cilantro or Parsley
1/4 cup Lime Juice
Coarse Salt, to taste
Tortilla Chips
 
Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine ripe avocado, tomatoes, sweet red pepper, onion, jalapeno pepper, fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt.

2. Mix well. Serve with warm homemade tortilla chips.
